I initially used Resumaker.ai to create a résumé and paid ₺35 for the service, which I believed was a one-time fee. However, without any notice or authorization from me, an additional ₺355 was withdrawn from my account. I never agreed to a Premium membership, nor did I receive any confirmation or explanation for this charge.
There was no pop-up, checkbox, or clear warning about any recurring or hidden payments. I only used the platform once and had no idea that I would be signed up for an ongoing membership. This feels incredibly misleading and unfair.
I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized ₺355 charge. Resumaker.ai must stop charging users without proper consent. I expect immediate action and a clear explanation.
