I Face Unauthorized ₺356 Monthly Charges and Can’t Cancel My Resumaker.ai Subscription

I originally signed up for Resumaker.ai under the impression that the service cost only ₺9 per month. That was the advertised price when I joined. However, I just discovered that for several months, they’ve been silently withdrawing ₺356 from my account each month—without any notification or clear consent.

I was completely unaware of this excessive monthly charge. I never approved such a high fee, and I only caught it now by reviewing my bank statements more closely. Naturally, I tried to cancel my subscription, but there’s no clear cancellation option on the platform. Every time I attempt to stop the charges, I get redirected or blocked.

This is deceptive and unacceptable. I demand an immediate cancellation of my Resumaker.ai subscription and a full refund of the unauthorized ₺356 monthly withdrawals. Please address this billing issue now and ensure no further charges are made.
