I bought a Renault Megane E-Tech from Bursa Acamar Renault dealership, and just three hours after getting the car, the left headlight stopped working. We had to bring the car back to the service center, where they informed us that the headlight needed to be replaced. When we asked for a different vehicle, they provided us with a car that runs on gasoline instead of the electric one we initially wanted. They insisted that they were unable to take any action regarding the matter. Eventually, it turned out that the charging cable they gave us was faulty as well. When we brought up these concerns with the service, we received unwelcoming comments such as, "Are you back?" Before taking delivery of your Renault, it's important to thoroughly check that all components are in proper working order. Otherwise, you could potentially face the challenges of a brand and service that lacks enthusiasm, as well as unfavorable treatment.
