I'm unhappy with the Renault brand and the Renault Akbak Automotive authorized service. I had to take my damaged car to the service center. First and foremost, they refused to accept my vehicle because there was no space in the nearest Renault authorized service. After that, I had to pay an additional fee to the tow truck to deliver my vehicle to Renault Akbak Automotive. My vehicle has been delivered for exactly 50 days. There is no mention of picking up my car or even an estimated delivery date. When I asked what was taking so long, they gave me excuses like the mechanic being on vacation or there being other vehicles in the queue, etc. I've been a victim for over a month and a half as a result of their incompetence and failure to do their job properly. To make amends for this complaint, I requested a replacement vehicle, which they did not provide. Last week, I was told that all of the parts had been delivered and assembled, but my vehicle was tested and did not work. Meanwhile, another broken piece was discovered. As if that wasn't enough, a new part of this part was delivered and, despite being installed, it malfunctioned. To begin with, it is not acceptable to keep a medium-damaged vehicle in service for more than one month. It appears that the damaged parts are missing and that a new part must be replaced after one month, which is a very amateurish way of working. Furthermore, the new part is also defective, which is unbelievable. They are now forcing me to wait for the piece to be renewed. I will never again look at the Renault brand, and I will warn everyone I know not to choose Renault in the future. If you own a Renault vehicle, never use Ankara Akbak automotive service; you will be sorry.
