I Face Sudden Chat Restriction on Character AI Due to Age Check

While using the Character.AI app on my iOS device, I suddenly encountered a prompt asking for age verification. Since I did not complete the verification, I was immediately given a one-hour chat ban. I do have an account registered on the app, but I do not remember what age I entered when I created it, and now I am facing restrictions because of that.

This issue only appeared today after about one hour of chatting, and I had never experienced such a limitation before. Considering that content filters already exist within the app, I find it unnecessary and frustrating to enforce such strict verification and immediately apply a one-hour ban. This approach negatively impacts the user experience.

I request that Character.AI remove the mandatory age verification requirement and the one-hour chat ban imposed on users who do not complete it, or at least revise this system to make it more reasonable and user-friendly.
