I Face Character AI Age Verification Bug Limiting My Account

For the past 1–2 weeks, I have been experiencing a serious issue with age verification on the Character.AI website. Even though I am 20 years old, the system incorrectly identifies me as 16, which limits my usage to just one hour per day. This is both unfair and prevents me from using the platform effectively.

This issue started after the latest update, and I am honestly very dissatisfied with it. Before the update, I had no such problem and was able to use the platform freely without time restrictions. Meanwhile, some of my friends have not yet received this update and can continue using the platform without limits, which makes this situation even more frustrating and discouraging.

I request that Character.AI urgently fix this error so that my age is correctly recognized and the usage restrictions are removed, just like in the previous system. I want to continue using the platform as I used to, but the current age detection issue and time limits are causing serious inconvenience.
