Though it displayed as "Paid" on my Remit Choice app, I discovered the money still hadn't hit my beneficiary's account the next day. I tried to get in touch right away, but right now their chat system seems to be utterly useless. It simply quiesces completely after a few messages. I messaged plenty but got no reply. To be honest, it is annoying and demoralizing. With Remit Choice, though, you are left waiting without knowing whether or when your money will really reach the person you are transferring it to. Should something go wrong, lucky find any assistance. Simply said, this degree of negligence is unacceptable for a money transfer company.
