Remit Choice Took My Money But Did Not Deliver It to My Family in India

I transferred funds using Remit Choice in order to send money to my family in India. The funds still haven't been credited to the beneficiary's account after a long period. To get some answers, I've been texting, emailing, and even calling people directly to reach Remit Choice customer support. They gave me evasive answers at first, but now they're hanging up on me. I've repeatedly told them to simply cancel the transaction and give me my money back if they are unable to process the payment. However, they continue to drag things out and make excuse after excuse. This is very distressing because it's my hard-earned money, not some spare cash. As soon as possible, I need that money returned. Throughout this entire situation, Remit Choice has been utterly untrustworthy.
