Revolut Transfer Delayed for 4 Days with No Clear Explanation

I initiated a transfer through Revolut, and after 4 days, the money still hasn’t been sent. The live chat support provided very little information, only telling me there was a "problem." When I asked what the issue was, they couldn’t give me a clear answer. This lack of transparency and support is frustrating, especially when there are so many other alternatives available. I need this issue resolved quickly, or I’ll be forced to switch to a more reliable service.
