Ria Payment Delay – Still Haven’t Received My Money After Days

A friend sent me money from abroad via Ria Payment on Thursday, yet I still haven’t received it. I’ve been waiting for days, and every time I call Ria customer service, they keep saying there is a "system issue." This is completely unacceptable—how long am I supposed to wait? If there is a technical problem, Ria needs to fix it immediately instead of leaving customers stranded without answers. This is people’s money we’re talking about! The system is clearly failing, and no one is taking responsibility. I expect an urgent resolution so I can receive my money without further delays. Ria, do better—your customers deserve reliable service, not endless excuses!
