WorldRemit Keeps Canceling My Transfers Without Any Reason

I've been using WorldRemit for years without any problems, so I truly didn't think things would get this bad. Almost every transaction I try to make lately gets canceled for no good reason. I called customer support several times, expecting they could help me figure things out, but all they did was blame the receiver. No actual answers, no real solutions—just generic comments. I was done when a support representative terminated the chat without saying goodbye after I told them I would switch to another service if they couldn't fix the problem. I was simply being honest, not harsh. And you know what? I decided to utilize a different service, and the move went off without a hitch. This time, WorldRemit really let me down. I thought things would be better after being a dedicated user for so long.
