Reelshort Charged My Card Without Authorization

On September 5, 2026, my card linked to my Garanti Bank account was charged approximately $7 by Reelshort without my knowledge or authorization. I have never approved any purchase or subscription through the Reelshort app.

This unauthorized transaction has caused me inconvenience, and I do not understand why or on what basis this amount was charged to my account. I request that Reelshort thoroughly investigate this unauthorized charge, refund the approximately $7 charged to my card as soon as possible, and provide me with a written explanation stating how and on what basis this charge was made to my account.

I expect this matter to be reviewed promptly and the unauthorized charge to be fully resolved without any further inconvenience.
