Unauthorised Deductions From ReelShort

I am writing regarding three unauthorized deductions taken from my bank card by ReelShortW even though I have never created any account or subscribed to any paid plan with ReelShort. On 5 August 2026, 11 August 2026 and 15 September 2026, charges were made from my card linked to my Choice account, with descriptions such as “DEBIT CARD PURCHASE ReelShortW” and similar transaction codes like ReelShortW‑1144712727. In total, money has been taken from my card without my approval, and when I contacted ReelShort by email three separate times, they replied that I do not have any account with them. I did not give any consent for these payments, I have no subscription, and I do not accept these deductions. I request that all amounts charged by ReelShortW to my card be fully refunded, that any existing or possible hidden subscription or payment agreement linked to my card be immediately cancelled, and that my card information be removed from their systems. I also request support from my bank in securing my card against further unauthorized charges related to ReelShortW and a written explanation of how these unauthorized transactions were processed despite my having no account. I kindly ask for my complaint to be urgently reviewed and for a clear written response after my refund and the cancellation of any subscription have been completed.
