Unauthorised Money Deducted From Account - ReelShort

I recently discovered an unauthorized charge from ReelshortW on my bank card. On 28 August 2026 an amount of R216.66 was debited from my account with the description “ReelShortW-1355412820056890280”, even though I did not approve or authorize any payment on that date. In the past I used ReelshortW via Facebook only for once‑off payments, and I never agreed to a recurring charge or subscription. For this recent transaction I did not give any consent, did not make a purchase, and was not informed about any renewal or automatic payment. I request that this unauthorized transaction for R216.66 dated 28 August 2026 be fully refunded to my bank card and that any possible subscription or automatic billing linked to my details be immediately cancelled so that no further amounts can be taken without my consent. I expect written confirmation once the refund has been processed and future charges have been blocked.
