I purchased a Reelshort VIP subscription through the Google Play Store, but the VIP features have not been working properly since yesterday. Despite paying for the subscription, I have not been able to benefit from the features that were promised. I reached out regarding this issue but have not received any response, and no refund has been issued so far. I find it unacceptable to be charged for a VIP service that is not working and to receive no support on top of that. I kindly request that the full amount I paid for the Reelshort VIP subscription via Google Play Store be refunded as soon as possible.
