ReelShort Subscription Not Activated

I purchased a ReelshortW subscription for $9.99 on July 5, 2026 at 12:05 a.m. via Google Pay, but my subscription has never been activated. The transaction appears as successful and is recorded under the ID “ReelShortW-957680598,” yet I still do not have access to the subscription features I paid for. After noticing that the subscription was not applied to my account, I contacted ReelShort support but have not received any response so far. I also contacted Cash App, and they informed me that they are looking into the dispute, which may take up to 10 days, leaving me without either the service or a clear solution in the meantime. I request that ReelshortW either immediately activate the subscription associated with this payment or refund the $9.99 without further delay so that this issue can be resolved promptly.
