Reel Short Charged My Paycell Card Without Authorization

On August 31, 2026, at 11:07 p.m., a payment of approximately $24 was charged to my Paycell card by a website called “Reel Short” without my knowledge or authorization. I have no membership, subscription, purchase, or other transaction with this website, and I have never provided my card details to this site.

Although this transaction was not made by me, the amount has already been deducted from my account. I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and the full amount be refunded to me. I also request that the necessary investigation be carried out regarding the security of my card and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent a similar unauthorized transaction from occurring again.

I expect this matter to be investigated promptly and the unauthorized charge to be fully resolved.
