If ReelShort charged you for coins without warning and you want a refund,

Stop further charges first;

• Check if there’s an active subscription:
– App → Settings → Subscription → Cancel
– App Store / Google Play → Subscriptions → Cancel

• Important:
– Deleting the app does NOT stop billing

Gather strong proof;

• Collect:
– Bank statement showing the charge
– Screenshots of coin purchase (or lack of confirmation)
– App activity showing unexpected deduction

• Also include:
– Transaction ID + purchase date
