ReelShort Charged Me for a Second Subscription I Never Signed Up For

I am an Advisor subscriber to ReelShort through the Apple App Store, paying $19.99. In addition to this, I have discovered that I am also being charged $9.99 twice a week for something listed as “Reelshortw” through the web, which I never knowingly signed up for. These unwanted Reelshortw web charges started on 8/23 and the most recent charge was on 8/29. In total, $18.00 was taken first, and with the additional $19.99 charge I noticed today, the total amount related to these services is now $39.97. I consider the repeated Reelshortw web charges to be unauthorized and misleading, especially as I already pay for the main ReelShort subscription through Apple. I request that ReelShort immediately stop any and all Reelshortw web charges on my account and cancel any related subscription or billing agreement. I also request a full refund of $39.97 for the amounts taken in relation to these overlapping or unauthorized charges. If this situation is not resolved, I will proceed with contacting my bank to dispute the transactions as potential fraud and to protect myself from any further unauthorized charges. I expect a prompt response and a clear confirmation that the Reelshortw web charges have been stopped and that the refund has been issued.
