Reeder Did Not Send the Charger Head for My S23 Pro Max - It Has Charging Issues

I bought the Reeder S23 Pro Max 1 TB device, but I’ve regretted it thousands of times. First of all, there’s a charging issue—it takes more than 5 hours to fully charge. Secondly, only a charging cable came in the box, even though they told me I would receive the charging adapter as well. Months have passed, but Reeder’s customer support still hasn’t provided the adapter. It feels like they’re just mocking their customers. Reeder is truly a regret!
Progress
I had bought the Reeder S23 Pro Max phone for both my spouse and myself, but I’m fed up, the problems never end! Because of the charging socket and battery issues. Since that was the case, we had no choice but to exchange both devices for the Reeder S19 Max Pro S 108 MP. Did the problems end? No, they didn’t! This time, the power button on the S19 Max Pro S 108 MP phone my spouse uses sinks in as if the phone is made of cardboard. Even though it’s only been 1.5 months since we started using the replaced device, the power button on the S19 Max Pro S 108 MP my spouse uses sinks in like it’s a toy phone, it’s broken! I just don’t understand how this can happen!
