On Sunday, August 10, I purchased a Batteree model phone charging kit from the Reeder store at Kares AVM in Karabük city center. At the time of purchase, I couldn’t test the wireless power bank inside the package because it had no charge, nor could I test the charging adapter. After charging the product at home and trying it, I found that the wireless charging battery did not perform as expected, and the 30W charging adapter did not support fast charging on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. On Monday, August 11, I went back to the store to return the product. Even though I presented my invoice, the store staff said they could not process a return and could only offer an exchange. I reminded them that under Consumer Rights I have the unconditional right to return a product within 14 days, but they rejected my request, saying they had no authority. I find it difficult to understand why a corporate company like Reeder is so resistant to following the law. I made the purchase assuming the product was under a two-year warranty, and no additional contract or commitment was made. I paid 1,450 TL in six installments by credit card, and my invoice number is 0772025000000861. My expectation from Reeder is that the product be returned and the amount I paid refunded.
