A year ago, I bought a Realme 8 smartphone from Vodafone, and just recently, the screen began reflecting things in the surrounding environment. The keyboard starts to flicker and become visible, especially in colors that are more grayish. However, this is not a particularly noticeable occurrence. Because the device is still covered by the warranty, I contacted customer service for both Vodafone and Realme in order to obtain a replacement. My request for a refund or exchange, however, was not granted by either of them with illegitimate explanations. This is a stance that simply cannot be tolerated. In addition, I have a general feeling of dissatisfaction with the phone. I strongly urge that this problem be solved as quickly as possible.
