I purchased my Realme 10 smartphone from a Vodafone store in Bandırma, and the device is still under warranty. Today, while playing PUBG Mobile, I noticed a serious malfunction in the gyroscope sensor. Because of this issue, the gyroscope doesn’t respond correctly during gameplay, severely affecting my gaming experience — and the problem persists continuously.

Since noticing the issue, I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting steps, including restarting the phone, performing a factory reset, and reinstalling the app, but none of these fixed the problem. I haven’t yet contacted Realme customer service about this issue.

The IMEI number of my device is 866565062166876. As the phone is under warranty, I am requesting an immediate and permanent solution, and if necessary, technical service support to repair or replace the faulty sensor.
