Ray Insurance Has Not Repaired My Dacia Duster 38 Days After the Accident


I was involved in an accident on 19.02.2025 with my vehicle, license plate 07 MSE **, which is insured with Ray Sigorta. Although I was not at fault, a damage file was opened on 20.02.2025. On 26.02.2025, the expert ordered the parts. The parts were purchased on March 6 and delivered to the service around March 15. However, the service informed me that some of the parts were incorrect. When I spoke with the service on March 26, they said the missing part was still being searched for. Every time I contact Ray Sigorta, I receive the same automated message: “Dear Customer, your complaint has been forwarded to the relevant department. You will be contacted shortly regarding a solution.” So far, nothing has been resolved. When I last called, I said, “If you can’t find the part, then declare the vehicle a total loss,” but I was brushed off with standard replies. I couldn't get any proper solution from the company. This is a Dacia Duster—it's hard to believe parts can’t be found. It has been 38 days since the accident, and there is still no clear timeline for a resolution.
