Radissonbet Deleted My Balance And Blocked the Withdrawal Without Proof

I am using the Radissonbet platform from İzmir, Turkey, with the username “Venlafa****” and ID 18768***. I had a ₺300 sports betting bonus, which I successfully increased to over ₺5,700 by placing bets in accordance with the rules. According to the bonus conditions, the maximum amount that could be withdrawn was ₺500, so I requested a withdrawal of ₺500. However, when I made the withdrawal request on 05/12/2025, my entire balance was deleted and my withdrawal was not processed. The only explanation given to me was that a “family member” allegedly has an account on Radissonbet. I do not have any information about such a situation, and as far as I know, there is no other account in my family, and I certainly do not have any other Radissonbet account or an account with the same IP.

If there was really a problem related to my eligibility for the bonus, I do not understand why the bonus was given to me and allowed to be used from the beginning instead of being blocked or deleted at the start. I have contacted customer support and explicitly asked which family member supposedly has an account and what evidence they have, but I have not received any concrete information or proof. My balance and winnings were simply removed without a transparent explanation, which I find unfair and contrary to the principle of trust between platform and user. I trusted the bonus, placed my bets accordingly, and won; I could have taken the same bets with real money and achieved 40–50 times my initial amount.

I request that my situation be reviewed fairly and transparently, that either my ₺500 withdrawal be paid or that a reasonable compensation be provided for the unfair deletion of my balance. I also expect a clear written explanation with evidence if Radissonbet insists on the claim about a “family member” account, instead of vague statements without proof.
