Vizebet Deleted My Balance and Blocked Me Over False IP Sharing Accusation
Vizebet offered me a ₺250 bonus, which I accepted after receiving an SMS and being directed to a representative via WhatsApp. I played fairly, followed all the rules, and grew my balance to ₺1336. Since the bonus terms allowed for a ₺1250 withdrawal, I submitted my request expecting a smooth process.
But instead of receiving my money, the withdrawal never went through—and then suddenly, my entire balance was wiped out without any notice. I contacted the WhatsApp representative again, and they accused me of using “multiple IPs,” then blocked me completely. I turned to live support, and they also refused to help, citing “same IP usage.”
Let me be clear: I only used one account and never shared my connection or login details with anyone. This excuse is just a cover to avoid paying out legitimate winnings. I did everything by the book and got punished for it.
