Radissonbet Blocked Account - Withdrawal Refused with Unreasonable Excuses

However, instead of processing my winnings, the platform provided me with irrelevant and unreasonable excuses to delay the payment. I contacted customer service regarding the issue but did not receive any satisfactory answers, and my account was immediately blocked afterward. My profile ID is 17596***, and although I am a new member, I have already faced this problem. I request that the block on my account be lifted and that the ₺4,500 from my withdrawal request be refunded to me as soon as possible.

On October 16, I requested a withdrawal of 4500 TL from my Radissonbet account. However, my money has not been deposited into my account to this day. My username is: "Hermess". Different excuses are constantly being made to avoid processing the withdrawal. While there are no restrictions on my gameplay, my withdrawal request has been pending for more than a week, and in every conversation I was stalled with statements like "it will be approved in at most 2 days."
During this process, I have contacted both live support online and customer representatives by phone multiple times. Each time, I received the same response and no solution was offered. I sent a photo of my ID and a photo of myself holding my ID, my documents were approved, and no additional documents were requested. Despite this, the withdrawal is still blocked and my account balance remains at 4500 TL.
Moreover, although Radissonbet promises “instant withdrawals without documents” both on its own website and in its advertisements, this promise has not been fulfilled. My expectation from Radissonbet is that my identity is fully approved, my withdrawal request is processed as soon as possible, and the 4500 TL is paid to me.
