Quotex KYC Not Approved, $400 Balance Unusable

I am experiencing a serious problem with my Quotex account. For about a week, my KYC has not been verified. At the same time, the app shows that an invitation link was sent to me, but I never received such a link. When I try to complete my KYC verification, the process does not work properly, and my account remains unverified. Because of this, I cannot properly use the account, and I currently have around $400 in my Quotex balance that I cannot use or withdraw. I have tried to reach Quotex support about this issue, but I have not been able to contact them or get any help. I request that my KYC be verified as soon as possible, that the issue with the invitation link be checked and corrected, and that I be allowed full access to my funds and account features without further delay.
