Quotex JazzCash Withdrawal Stuck Processed By Server For Six Days

I am a Quotex user and I requested a withdrawal of 17.14 dollars to my JazzCash e‑wallet on 24/12/2025. Today is 30/12/2025 and the withdrawal is still shown as “processed by the server” even though the stated withdrawal time is 3 to 5 working days. I have not received the money in my JazzCash account, and there is no option on the platform to cancel the withdrawal and try again. I am also not receiving any verification message, status update or clear information from Quotex about what is happening with this transaction, which is causing me serious concern and making me lose trust in the platform. I kindly request that this withdrawal be cancelled immediately and that a clear explanation be provided as to why it has been stuck in processing for six days, exceeding the stated 3–5 working day limit, and why there is no cancel option available for me to manage my own funds.
