Purisaki Never Shipped My Order After Taking My Payment
About 45 days ago, I ordered a Purisaki weight loss band from trypurisaki.com and paid $59 online. Although my payment was processed successfully, several weeks have passed and my order has still not been shipped. I have not received any shipping information, tracking details, or updates about the status of my purchase.
The only proof I have of my order is the screenshots I took when I completed the purchase. The website does not provide a reachable business address or customer service phone number, and I have been unable to find any reliable way to contact the company directly. This was my first purchase from Purisaki, and this experience has left me frustrated and concerned about the company's reliability.
I request that Purisaki either ship my order immediately or issue a full refund of the $59 I paid without any further delay. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.
