Purisaki Refused to Refund My Customs-Held Order
I ordered a weight loss band from Purisaki, but my shipment was held by customs after it was classified as a medication. As part of the customs process on May 25, 2026, I was asked to provide a valid prescription. The shipment was processed under tracking number LX051403065NL. I paid $66 for this product.
When customs requested a prescription, I contacted Purisaki for assistance. However, I was told that there was nothing the company could do and that the issue was entirely related to my country's customs regulations. As a result, I never received the product and was left without any solution.
Since I was unable to receive the order through no fault of my own, I request a full refund of the $66 I paid. I also ask Purisaki to review this case and provide a fair resolution for customers whose orders cannot be delivered because of customs requirements.
