Purisaki Never Shipped My Order or Issued a Refund
About two months ago, I purchased a product from Purisaki.com for $64, but despite the amount of time that has passed, my order has never been shipped. I have not received any shipping confirmation, tracking information, or the package itself.
After placing my order, I contacted the company for an update. Instead of providing assistance, they simply told me to contact the shipping carrier. However, they have never even disclosed which shipping company they use. As a result, I have no way to track my order or find out where my package is.
I paid by credit card, yet I have neither received the product nor been given any meaningful information about my order. If my purchase will not be shipped, I demand an immediate refund of the $64 I paid. Otherwise, I will pursue the appropriate official remedies. I expect either prompt shipment of my order or a full refund without further delay.
