Puma Softride Mayve Leopard II Wns Shoes Slip Off and Sink Uncomfortably
I just got the Puma Softride Mayve Leopard II Wns shoes, but honestly, they haven't lived up to my expectations. The sides are made with elastic, which makes them slide off the back, and the heel part is curved, causing my foot to sink uncomfortably. I contacted the company for help, and they told me that the shoes are designed to be used like slippers for comfort. That felt like a weird reason for a sports shoe. I bought these shoes from Sporactive FLO, expecting them to be good quality, but my experience has been the complete opposite. I tried to return them, but they said I couldn't get a refund because they had some wear on them. I thought I would get way better quality and support for the price I paid, both from the product and the customer service.
