Under Armour Shoes’ Sole Separation – Disappointing Quality and Poor Resolution

On March 10, 2024, I purchased a pair of Under Armour sports shoes from an outdoor store. Unfortunately, the sole began separating from the rest of the shoe within a few months. In September 2024, I returned them to the store for inspection, as it was evident that this was not due to my use but likely a manufacturing issue. The store personnel agreed and assured me the problem was due to poor material quality, unrelated to my handling of the shoes.
Despite these assurances, the inspection took over a month, and the shoes were sent for review twice. Finally, on October 18, 2024, I received the shoes back with a document stating that the issue wasn’t due to any manufacturing or material defect. However, the attached image clearly shows the separation, and it’s evident that this is a quality issue. I am deeply dissatisfied with Under Armour’s handling of this case and the lack of accountability for a product defect. I plan to pursue my legal rights in this matter and expect a more responsible response from the brand.
