My Puma Goalkeeper Gloves Fall Apart

On April 14, 2024, I purchased Puma goalkeeper gloves for my child from the Sportive store in Espark, Eskişehir. Despite only being used three times, the gloves have become severely deformed. Two months later, I returned them to Sportive for inspection. They eventually responded, denying my claim. Their response stated that the deformation was not due to material defects. To add insult to injury, they thanked me for choosing their brand. We bought Puma because we thought it was a quality brand, but it turned out to be disappointing. It's supposed to be a world-renowned brand, yet the gloves were ruined after just three uses.
