U.S. Polo Assn. Refused to Replace Defective Sneakers That Hurt My Feet After 20 Days

I purchased a pair of sneakers from the US Polo store at Şanlıurfa Piazza Shopping Mall for ₺2,200. After only 20 days of use, they began to dig into my heels, leading to swelling and discomfort. I returned them, anticipating a resolution, particularly since the shoes were meant to be covered by a warranty. Nonetheless, I was informed that there was no issue. Now, I’m left with shoes that I can’t wear at all, making them completely pointless. They advertise this warranty when selling the product, but as soon as a problem arises, they point fingers at the customer. It’s really disappointing to feel deceived after investing a considerable sum. I anticipated a higher level of service and accountability from a reputable brand such as US Polo.
