Amazon Delivered Defective Puma Shoes

I ordered size 43 Puma Smash V2 Buck shoes from Amazon.com on March 21, 2023. I have used this product before and liked it, but the shoes that arrived two days ago were very hard to use. I ordered the same number of series and size as I did before, but this shoe doesn't feel at all like the ones I bought before. I don't think it's real. After only two days of wearing them, the shoes did a lot of damage to my feet. They hurt my feet and made me get blisters all over them. I want to exchange the product or get my money back. I will use my legal rights unless they resolve the problem as soon as possible.
