Amazon Prime Sent Defective Puma Shoes

On April 5, 2024, I placed an order for shoes on Amazon Prime, intending to wear them for the upcoming holiday. They came on April 8, but much to my disappointment, when I opened the package, I found a tear in the shoe's upper protection and a burst seam. Compelled to put them on because I had no other clean shoes available on that holiday morning, I couldn't help but feel let down. Regrettably, the Puma shoes I purchased with confidence from Amazon turned out to be faulty. I feel really down.
