I Never Received My Pull&Bear Package After a Wrong Delivery Incident

I placed an order with Pull&Bear on May 18, 2026 (Order No: 5452******38), and I was informed that it would be delivered by Bir Günde Kargo on May 20, 2026. However, on May 22, 2026, I received a phone call from an unknown number and learned that my package had mistakenly been delivered to them. In other words, my order was handed over to a completely different person without ever reaching me, despite a delivery confirmation being generated. I do not accept this incorrect delivery under any circumstances.
What concerns me even more is that, due to this mistake, my personal information—including my address and phone number—appears to have been shared with someone I do not know. I am extremely disturbed by the fact that my personal data was not properly protected. Because of this serious privacy violation, I intend to submit formal complaints and applications to all relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.
Since discovering the issue, I have repeatedly tried to contact both Pull&Bear and Bir Günde Kargo by phone. Unfortunately, neither company has responded to my calls or provided any meaningful assistance. At this point, I do not have my order, and I have not received any official explanation or update regarding the situation.
I demand that the package delivered to the wrong address be immediately recovered and either resent to my correct address or that the full amount I paid be refunded without delay. I also request a written explanation regarding how this incident occurred, what actions are being taken to protect my personal data, and how both companies intend to resolve the loss of trust and inconvenience caused by this serious mistake.
