Zara Sent Wrong Item And My Coat Order Not Delivered Or Refunded

On 28.11.2025 I placed an order for a coat via the Zara online store with order number 54432580642. My order was mixed up with someone else’s, and the product I purchased never reached me. The shipment was delivered by Bir Günde Kargo, but I have not been able to reach the cargo company in any way. Although I contacted Zara customer service about this issue, I did not receive any real support. The wrong product that was sent to me was not collected from my address, and the coat I actually bought was not delivered to me. As a result, I paid for a product that I neither received nor could return properly. I kindly request that the incorrectly delivered product be collected from my address as soon as possible and that the full refund for my order be processed without any further delay.
