PUBG Mobile Took All My Purchased UC. I Need a Refund or My UC Returned

I made three UC purchases today in PUBG Mobile, but every time I’m told I have a debt, and all the UC I bought is taken away. This isn’t the first time it has happened—previous UC purchases were also confiscated.

Either return the UC I paid for or refund my money. I have the receipts and can provide them. Am I spending money for nothing? Please resolve this immediately.
