I Paid for UC in PUBG Mobile but Didn’t Receive It and Got Charged Anyway

I tried purchasing UC through the PUBG Mobile app, and although the transaction was initially rejected, the money was still withdrawn from my card. At the time, I had enough balance on my card, but the app claimed the purchase didn’t go through. I thought it was a technical issue and moved on.

A few days later, when I checked my card statement, I was shocked to see the money had actually been deducted. I filed a dispute and thankfully got a refund. However, now PUBG is acting like I received the UC and is penalizing me for it. I never received what I paid for, so why am I being charged?
