My PUBG Mobile account was banned for 30 days due to an alleged UC debt. Today, when I logged back in, I found that access to my upgradable weapons was blocked, and I could not join regular matches. I have no idea why this is happening or how to resolve it.

I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this game, and it’s incredibly frustrating to face such restrictions without a clear explanation.

I am requesting immediate assistance to resolve this issue. PUBG Mobile needs to clarify the reason behind these restrictions and take steps to restore full access to my account. Players who have supported the game deserve better support and transparency.
