PUBG (Pubgmobile.com) Charged Me with UC Debt After Unrequested Refund

A week ago, I added some UC to my PUBG Mobile account and used it without any problems. I had a smooth experience playing the game today, with no issues at all. However, the system is now indicating that I have a UC debt, which is quite confusing. I didn't ask for a refund for the UC, but it looks like one was processed anyway, and now I'm facing a charge for it. It’s truly perplexing to find a debt on my account when there was absolutely none initially. This situation has totally destroyed my gaming experience. I hope the PUBG Mobile team will resolve this issue quickly. I kindly ask for the correction of my account and the immediate removal of the unjust debt.
