PUBG Mobile UC Purchases From App Store Since August 22 Have Not Been Delivered
For the past several purchases, I have been buying UC in PUBG Mobile through the App Store, but the UC I pay for never gets credited to my account. This issue has been ongoing since August 22, and despite filing multiple complaints, nothing has been resolved. Every time I try to purchase UC, I am charged, yet my in-game balance remains unchanged.
This is extremely frustrating because I am spending real money and receiving nothing in return. I feel cheated and ignored as a paying customer. Instead of enjoying the game, I am constantly stuck dealing with the same issue over and over again.
I demand that PUBG Mobile immediately deliver all the UC I purchased and ensure that future transactions are processed correctly. Players should not have to repeatedly report the same problem without any solution. This situation has gone on long enough, and it needs to be fixed right away so that I am not further harmed financially.
