PUBG Mobile took UC from my account, but I never received the UC, nor can I enter matches. The game won’t let me perform any actions, and when I check, it says my refund was successful—yet no money has been returned to my account.

If PUBG Mobile actually issued a refund, then which bank was it sent to? Why was UC deducted from my account without my consent? I never requested a refund, yet I lost both my UC and my money.

I demand an immediate fix for this issue. Either return my UC or refund my money properly.
