I am unable to purchase UC in PUBG Mobile because the system keeps saying that my transaction is risky. Previously, when I bought UC, there was an unjustified deduction, and when I reported this issue, I was told that an additional 4,000 UC would be deducted!

Now, due to this UC deduction, I can’t even enter matches, which makes the game completely unplayable for me. This is unfair and needs to be resolved immediately.

PUBG Mobile, fix this issue now! I should be able to purchase UC without restrictions, and I demand the restoration of my deducted UC. My game ID: 5159***44. Please resolve this immediately!
