I purchased 8,100 UC through PUBG (Pubgmobile.com) as part of a repayable offer and later made another purchase. Currently, I have UC debt on my account, but I don’t know the exact amount I owe.

I’m also unsure if my account has a UC-related ban and, if so, how long it will last—days, months, or hours. I’ve been left completely in the dark regarding these details, and it’s frustrating not to have clear information or support.

I request PUBG Mobile to provide precise details about my UC debt and the ban duration, if applicable. Please assist me as soon as possible to resolve this issue so I can enjoy the game again without restrictions.
