PUBG Mobile UC Purchase Charged but Not Delivered to My Account

I purchased UC for my PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5645****51), and the payment was deducted instantly. However, it’s been over 8 hours, and the UC has still not been credited to my account. In the past, this process took just 10 minutes, so I’m confused and frustrated about why this delay is happening now.

The fact that my payment was processed immediately, but the UC wasn’t delivered, is unacceptable. I demand that PUBG Mobile resolves this issue promptly and credits the UC to my account without further delays. If payments can be deducted so quickly, there’s no reason why the purchased items shouldn’t be delivered just as fast!
