Lost Main PUBG Mobile Account After Lending It to Someone

My PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5217*****69) has been experiencing a serious issue for about a month. I have put in over a year of effort and spent roughly 50,000 UC on this account, but when I log in now, I’m constantly being redirected to a bot account and my main account appears to be totally reset. I had lent the account to someone for a short period, and this problem began right after I got it back.

I still have access to the email and phone number linked to the account, yet every time I log in the bot account opens and I cannot reach my main account. I have contacted customer support from within the game multiple times, but I have received no response. I have not used any third-party apps or cheats — I simply lent my account briefly. Because I have invested so much time and money, I am asking for urgent recovery of my main account and full access restored.
